SCG COMPANY & CO S.R.L.<\/strong>

1. Payment Terms<\/h5>

  • All prices are listed in Euro (EUR)<\/strong>, exclusive of applicable VAT (Romania: 21%).<\/p><\/li>

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer<\/strong>, credit card<\/strong>, RevolutPay<\/strong>, Apple Pay<\/strong>, and Google Pay<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required before services commence, unless otherwise stated in the contract.<\/p><\/li>

  • Invoices are payable within five (5) business days<\/strong> of issue.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Late Payments<\/h5>

    If payment is delayed, SCG reserves the right to:<\/p>

    • charge default interest in accordance with Romanian and EU law<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li>

    • suspend services until full payment is received, and<\/p><\/li>

    • retain ownership of any digital deliverables until payment is complete.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Service Delivery<\/h5>

      • Digital services (such as websites, software, or consulting) are delivered electronically via email, secure link, or hosting platform.<\/p><\/li>

      • Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation.<\/p><\/li>

      • Force majeure events or technical failures beyond SCG\u2019s control may delay delivery without liability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Invoicing<\/h5>

        Invoices are issued in compliance with Romanian accounting standards<\/strong> and the EU VAT Directive<\/strong>.
        The Customer must ensure that billing information is accurate and current.<\/p>

        5. Refunds and Cancellations<\/h5>

        Refunds are not provided once a project has started or digital services have been delivered, except in cases of demonstrable non-performance by SCG.
