Payment & Delivery Policy

1. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR), exclusive of applicable VAT (Romania: 21%).
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, RevolutPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required before services commence, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Invoices are payable within five (5) business days of issue.
2. Late Payments
If payment is delayed, SCG reserves the right to:
charge default interest in accordance with Romanian and EU law,
suspend services until full payment is received, and
retain ownership of any digital deliverables until payment is complete.
3. Service Delivery
Digital services (such as websites, software, or consulting) are delivered electronically via email, secure link, or hosting platform.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation.
Force majeure events or technical failures beyond SCG’s control may delay delivery without liability.
4. Invoicing
Invoices are issued in compliance with Romanian accounting standards and the EU VAT Directive.
The Customer must ensure that billing information is accurate and current.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not provided once a project has started or digital services have been delivered, except in cases of demonstrable non-performance by SCG.
Any refund or cancellation request must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated individually.
